Refund and Returns Policy for GENASOPIC

At GENASOPIC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to ensure you have a smooth process for returning or exchanging items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Products that have been damaged or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
  • Exceptions: Personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for your return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 30 days. We will assist you in sending the correct item, subject to availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
